Who is behind Animations-Maschine steht
Animations-Maschine was founded in 2008 by Roland Walgenbach and has focused exclusively on technical 3D animations for industrial companies ever since. Roland personally oversees every project, from the initial consultation and concept development to the finished 3D animation. His experience gained from more than 750 completed projects forms the foundation for high-quality 3D assembly videos, technical 3D animations, 3D explainer videos, and product visualizations.
Roland Walgenbach - Founder and Owner
Since 2020, his wife, Carmen Walgenbach, has been supporting the company and is responsible for the entire back office of Animations-Maschine LTD. She manages the organization's administrative tasks, project management, and commercial operations behind the scenes. This allows Roland to focus entirely on client consulting as well as the development and production of technical 3D animations.

The Story of Animations-Maschine
The Beginning in a Marketing Position (2005)
Animations-Maschine was not founded on a business plan or the idea of creating a traditional advertising agency. Its foundation was laid several years earlier while Roland was working for a manufacturer of underfloor systems, where he became deeply involved in technical 3D animations, assembly illustrations, and product visualizations. During this time, he created assembly instructions, product presentations, and 3D assembly videos for the company's entire product portfolio, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industrial sector.
From a Side Business to a Specialized Company (2008)
In 2008, he decided to start a new chapter in his career and founded Animations-Maschine as a side business. Shortly afterward, he received his first independent project. What started as a single 3D assembly video quickly developed into a long-term collaboration and partnership, followed by many more projects.
The First Company Website and New Clients (2010)
During the following two years, we gained more and more satisfied clients exclusively through word-of-mouth recommendations. In 2010, the first Animations-Maschine website was launched. It showcased the projects completed up to that point and generated the company's first clients through the internet. From year to year, the demand for technical 3D animations continued to grow steadily.
Becoming Self-Employed Full-Time (2018)
In 2018, Roland made the decision to dedicate himself entirely to Animations-Maschine. The growing number of projects made it more than clear that the time had come to focus exclusively on the development of technical 3D animations.
Founding Animations-Maschine LTD (2020)
Another important milestone followed in 2020. Together with his wife, Roland moved to Cyprus and founded Animations-Maschine LTD. By then, the company had grown to a point where Carmen also left her career in Germany and has since been responsible for the entire back office. While Roland focuses on consulting, concept development, and animation production, Carmen manages the organizational processes behind the scenes.
International Growth (Today)
Today, Animations-Maschine works with industrial companies around the world. What began with a single assembly video in 2008 has evolved into a company fully specialized in technical 3D animations.
