3D mounting videos for concrete construction
Seals for concrete construction animated in 3D
The Krasemann company has specialized in pressurized watertight built-in components for concrete construction. It is difficult to imagine how these special items are built into a shell or a concrete wall. However, with the right 3D visualized mounting videos, this is clear and easy to understand for everyone. Regardless of whether on the construction site or in the planning office. The videos are available everywhere and quickly bring clarity.
Example - 3D mounting video of a DuoFix joint tape
This video describes the installation of a stabilized construction joint tape for sealing in a concrete structure. The 3D animation video first explains how a butt joint is produced. To do this, the joint tape is cut to the correct length and, after the transitions have been processed, bonded with a sealing tape. In the animation it is then shown with animated hands that the sealing tape has to be pressed on. In the second part of the animated mounting video, the actual assembly in which the concrete reinforcement is implemented correctly.

Modification of mounting videos that have been created once
The special feature of this project was that there were several product variants from one item group. Among other things, there were 5 different sealing inserts where the rough installation process was always the same. Only the exact article always had to be exchanged and the animation slightly adapted. For example, a universal sealing insert, a split sealing insert, a sealing insert for an SML pipe, a sealing insert for ribbed media pipe and a sealing insert for several media lines were animated in a similar way. Thanks to the animation technique, the video created once could be used again and again as a basis. Only the product had to be replaced in each case. The production costs of the videos could thus be reduced to a minimum.
Import of CAD data from construction
The 3D models from the company's own design department were made available and imported into the Cinema 4D animation program. With the help of the self-made pictures and sketches provided, the installation process could be quickly visualized.
Mounting video of a sealing insert for ribbed media pipes
If media lines are led through a concrete wall from the outside into the house, a ribbed media pipe is often used. How exactly this is assembled is shown step by step in this 3D animated assembly video. After the core drill hole in the wall has been cleaned and the plastic pipe inserted, a special sealing insert is inserted and screwed in with the appropriate torque.

3D mounting video of a floor drain in house construction
If water leaks in the basement, the water is drained away via floor drains. How exactly such a floor outlet has to be installed correctly is shown halfway with the help of this 3D animated installation film. The adapter from the floor drain is placed on a drainpipe in the foundation, sealed and concreted into the floor slab. A stacking frame is then shortened to the correct length with the help of a flex and mounted on the building site. After the screed and the floor covering have been put in place, a sludge screen and a grating are used.

Free initial consultation
Are you looking for a 3D agency that also explains your technical product with a 3D assembly video? But you don't yet know whether this will work for you and your product? The Animations-Maschine offers you a free initial consultation. Let's just talk about your product and project. Together we will work out an ideal solution for your project. You then decide in your own time whether you want to finally have a 3D animation or an assembly video produced.
Arrange an initial consultation now3D mounting video of a split sealing insert
If there is already an installed pipe in the core drilling of the basement wall, over which a seal can no longer be slipped, a split sealing insert is used. Open the sealing insert, place it around the pipe and bring it together again. Tighten screws with torque - done! Since this 3D animation was very similar to an animation created previously, many 3D elements could be adopted and the production costs for the mounting video were low.

3D mounting video of a floor duct
When pouring a floor slab, water pipes or drainage pipes must run through the floor slab. And of course properly sealed. There are floor ducts with externally attached rubber lips for this purpose. This animated mounting video explains how the installation works. Cut the floor duct to the correct size with an angle grinder, grease the transition and insert it into the ground pipe. Concrete construction can be explained so easily in 3D.

3D mounting video of a foil clamping flange FKF
Without a foil clamping flange, water and moisture penetrate between a pipe and the black waterproofing in a basement waterproofing. To prevent this and to seal it professionally, a foil clamping flange is glued to the wall and the transition between the wall and the pipe is sealed with a sealing insert. All these mounting steps are animated in this mounting film and are therefore clearly explained.

3D assembly video of a pressure water tight clamping point
If precast element walls are poured on site, tie points keep the two formwork walls at the correct distance. These transitions harbor the risk of leaking over time. To prevent this, there are pressure-water tight tie points. These animated assembly instructions explain the correct assembly on the construction site as a 3D animation. After the walls have been concreted, special sealing plugs are pressed into the previously inserted sleeves.

3D mounting video of an interchangeable sealing insert
This 3D animation video was produced to explain the ordering and process flow of a special interchangeable sealing insert. If it is not yet clear which lines, cables or pipes will be led into the interior of a cellar, a blind seal is first inserted into a core hole. If, after a few days, it is clear which lines or how many cables will be inserted, a seal will be made for this particular case. For this purpose, a sketch is created and sent to the manufacturer. After the seal has been produced using the water cutting process according to the sketch and sent back, it can be inserted into the sealing insert and installed. This example shows how processes can be optimally explained with the help of 3D animations.

3D mounting video of a predetermined crack element during concreting
This 3D animation shows how a predetermined crack element is used in precast concrete walls. The crack element is glued to the joint tape embedded in the ground, fixed to the concrete walls and filled with concrete. How it works properly explained with the help of a 3D animation.
