The Animations-Maschine rings the bell! As a customer order, the Animations-Maschine created a total of 9 assembly videos for different assembly variants of a doorbell and a house number for the Türklingel-Shop. The 3D animation videos have been produced for customers in the field of house construction and facade technology.
Example - mounting video of a surface-mounted doorbell
This video shows the installation of a surface-mounted doorbell, which can be mounted directly on the wall and offers enough space for the wiring. The mounting video begins with a representation of a house wall from which four wire lines for the doorbell switch lead. 2 wires for the bell switch and two for the LED ring lighting. After installing the wires, two holes are drilled in the wall and two dowels are inserted. The housing is then screwed onto the wall and wired to the bell cover.

High quality 3D mounting videos
The Türklingel-Shop company wanted to have professional installation videos produced, which are of high quality and attractively designed and which reflect the elegant look of the stainless steel doorbell. Distracting house facades were deliberately avoided. Instead, a neutral concrete wall was used uniformly, which represents the house wall in exposed concrete optics.

This video shows the mounting of a bell plate, which is attached to the house wall with drill holes with 4 screws. The mounting video begins with a representation of a house wall from which two wires lead for the bell switch. Boreholes are marked, drilled and each provided with a dowel. After installing the wires, the stainless steel plate is screwed onto the house wall.

Different mounting variants implemented as a separate video
The same doorbell is available in different product versions. Depending on the surface or installation preference, the doorbells can be glued, screwed on or clamped. Since there is a separate product for each type of installation in the online shop, a separate installation video was also created. The appropriate mounting video is thus linked directly in the respective item description.

A second installation variant shows installation with fastening claws in a flush-mounted box. To do this, the fastening claws are bent up and clamped in the flush-mounted box.

In this third installation variant, the bell plate is attached to the house wall with the help of threaded pins. Threaded pins are screwed into the eyes of the bell plate and pressed into dowels.

This video shows the mounting of a bell plate which is glued on with fastening silicone. After installing the wires, the stainless steel plate is glued to the house wall with silicone. This installation variant is always used when no drill holes can be made in the wall.

Similar to the previous mounting videos, the mounting of a doorbell plate is also shown here. However, the bell plate is inserted into two dowels with the help of a bolt plate. The bell plate can then be easily aligned.

At the end, the house number is inserted into the dowels with the threaded pins.

This video shows the mounting of a house number which is stuck on with double-sided adhesive tape. The mounting video begins by peeling off the protective film from the double-sided adhesive tape. This is then used to glue the stainless steel house number to the house wall.

Just as important as the animated mounting videos, it was right from the start that, in the second step, individual images could be created for printed assembly instructions. All mounting variants should each be summarized in a PDF as illustrated assembly instructions.
